PS3 VS Xbox 360

The gaming bug in me has being awakened by the arrival of Xbox 360, my wife got this console as a prize from a campaign her team won in the office, I always used to skip buying my favourite games on my PC since the gaming configurations keep going up every time, and I find it useless to keep upgrading my PC ram and processor and graphic card for just gaming, so Xbox 360 came as a blessing for me. The PS3, Wii or Xbox 360 or PC?I personally prefer the Xbox 360 but that is merely my opinion. Not only is Blu-Ray shaping up to be the future of home movie entertainment, the discs themselves can store an incredible amount of information giving game developers enough scope to really push the boat out. Some reports state that HD DVD’s main backer Toshiba is no longer producing the drives. Oops.

This is one of the best new PC games on our list. Although this installment doesn’t reinvent the wheel, you may enjoy a more mature but darker tone the game offers. However, the campaign mode has some controversy. Even if you don’t use the campaign mode, you can still enjoy a much smoother and tighter experience. And the good thing is that the game is gorgeous. Even the best PC games are known to be hard to beat. That’s one of the factors that endear them to the gamers. To beat the game, players resort to searching for PC game cheats. But even with that knowledge, players would still try their best to finish the game without cheating. PC game cheats make the game easier but it doesn’t mean that the game could not be considered best. It just gives the player an opportunity to savor the endgame cut scene hat others are raving about.

The technology price drop and increase in power has also lead to more powerful hand-held machines than before. Real games, not just simple toys are now available for the portable market. The advent of PDAs and mobile phones with the ability to play games raises awareness of portable gaming and new competitors are starting to get in on the field that was once primarily dominated by NintendoÂ’s GameBoy. There is a new product, the gp32, that can run many different emulators and hence, many different systemÂ’s games (including some PC games). Battlefield includes a strong class system which offers players the choice of many different weapons and equipment based on their class selection. Originally these classes were fairly restrictive, but as the franchise has evolved the options available to players has slowly opened up.

These elemental characters are used in combat and puzzle solving, with the ability to eventually to combine them together for devastating combos. The game also allows you to purchase shares in towns, countries and the game itself for gold. As such there is a growing share market in the game. I’ve just started playing this game and haven’t progressed far yet. So far I find it interesting and it fits into my daily routine as it’s not time consuming. One genre though that would otherwise look strange inside a mobile phone but surprisingly works in the real world are role playing games. When you first consider it, role playing games or RPGs do not seem like such a good idea when played in mobile phones. There are limited controls, which limit not only the movement and action but the customization options as well. The limited screen real estate would also severely limit the immersive experience that is part and parcel of any good role playing game.
